Q: I’m worried about the postal delays / I need a letter quickly. How can you help?
A: Please allow 10-14 days to receive your letter. This means that if you need the letter for a birthday next week, it is very unlikely to get there in time - The Fairies live a long way away! Unfortunately, we can’t control the mail system but we do have a couple of options available that may help. Our Download Letters and Personalised Letters by Email are the quickest options. These require you to have Adobe Reader installed on your PC and you will need to print them out yourself. Please click the links for further information. Alternatively, you may like to pay for Express Shipping at £5.50 per packet. This should take around 5 days to reach you and will require a signature upon delivery.
Q: Which payment methods can I use?
A: We accept PayPal and major credit cards. You don't need PayPal in order to pay for your letter - just to the left of the PayPal payment screen is an option to securely enter your card details. If you have a problem, please contact us at mail@dearfairies.com .
Q: I've completed my order but the form for personalisation didn't work / didn't show / my PC crashed halfway through completion. Help! What should I do? Did you get my order?
A: Oh dear, those pesky Goblins have been sabotaging the DearFairies site again.
We're so sorry, but please don't panic! Your order has been received and we will email you requesting the relevant information as soon as we can, so please check your mailbox for our email.
Q: My child has been writing letters to The Fairies. How can I get them to you?
A: After you have placed an order, a form appears where you can fill in some extra details. This form allows you to attach a file to be sent to us. You can either attach a scan of the letters or a document containing the “translated” text. Alternatively, please email us at mail@dearfairies.com for further assistance.
Q: The Tooth Fairy forgot to visit last night! Can you help?
A: Yes! We know that Tooth Fairies are prone to being forgetful so we have some letters available for instant downloading by you. You can find further details here – just download and print on your own PC ready for when The Tooth Fairy makes her next visit.
Q: My child is worried about starting school. Can The Fairies help?
A: Yes, of course! We have lots of Fairies on hand who can help ease any worries. Just place an order, fill in the form (which comes up after you’ve paid) with all relevant details and let The Fairies do “their thing”!
Q: Christmas is coming and I am dreading the over-excited child in the run-up to this special time. Can The Fairies help keep them (and me) calm?
A: Oh yes! We can write to your child in good time letting them know that The Christmas Fairy is watching their behaviour closely and will be reporting to Santa in due course.
Q: I own a website that I would like to promote on your Fairy Friends page. How can I do that?
