Return Policy

Download Letters cannot be returned.

Cancellation of your order can be made free of charge at any time up to the day of posting (you will receive an email when the letter has been sent). Please email us as soon as you know you wish to cancel.

Once the letter has been despatched, you have 7 days after receiving the package in which to cancel. You must contact us by email as soon as you know you intend to cancel. Everything must be returned, unopened and in its original packaging to the address you will be given in our email. Return postage will be at your expense and you will be refunded the full amount paid minus £5 to cover time, postage and packaging.

If the gift is received damaged or faulty, please contact us by email at mail@dearfairies.com in the first instance. All items are checked personally before sending and packaged with care, so we cannot be held liable for damage in transit. You will need to return the item, together with its packaging, so we can refund you or replace the item as required.

Please be aware that a like-for-like exchange may not be possible if the item is currently out of stock. We will remain in constant email contact with you until the matter is resolved to your satisfaction.
